Is it time to break free from the cycle of worry, doubt, and self-abandonment?

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or navigating a major life transition, you’re not alone. Fear of making mistakes, self-criticism, or feeling stuck can hold you back from living fully. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Together, we can work towards freeing you from the grip of fear and anxiety, so that they take up less space in your life.

As a therapist with specialized training and certification in supporting adults with Anxiety, ADHD and ASD, I help individuals manage the unique challenges these conditions bring, while fostering a deep sense of self-acceptance and intentional living. Whether you’re dealing with the challenges of young adulthood, managing relationship strain, coping with complex grief, navigating LGBTQ+ concerns, or learning to live as an adult with ADHD or ASD, I am here to support you. We’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to shed shame, stop hiding, and begin processing and growing.

My therapy approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with a focus on mindfulness practices. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you meet your goals and live a life that aligns with your values.

The world has been challenging lately, and choosing the right therapist shouldn’t feel like another obstacle. Whether you decide to work with me or another professional, I am happy to help you understand what you need to move forward. Let’s take a few minutes to talk and explore whether we might be a good fit.

Schedule your free 15 minute consultation or book an initial assessment to begin the work of understanding where you are today and how to get to your goals from here.

Meet the Therapist

I look forward to working together to explore your strengths and maximizing them to help you reach your personal goals.

I am a veteran of the Air Force and have lived in many communities across the US due to my military experience, both as an active duty member and as a spouse. This experience has given me the opportunity to meet people from around the country and from various backgrounds. I enjoy learning about the diversity of the human experience, but also noticed the common thread of human nature in all of us.

My journey into the helping career field began in 2011 when I left the Air Force to enroll in Troy University’s Clinical Counseling and Psychology Master’s Degree Program. I had a love for the clinical “face to face” experience of doing therapy. My passion for transforming lives was born when I was able to see how it transformed my own life with the skillful use of therapeutic techniques and hope. I learned that the most important tool in therapy is allowing ourselves to be seen so we can express what we need and explore safely how to get there. It has been valuable to me to learn the skills of empathy and more to share with others to aid people in their growth past surviving.

I have found great joy in being the mother of 6 children in varying stages of life, an Air Force veteran, a book and movie enthusiast and neurodivergent human who helps others using my expertise in my favorite “preferred/fixated interest” in therapy.
